Q: How do I make money?
A: Met Liefde Ontwerp Agents earn income when your client purchase our designs/items on our online shop and then you receive 20% commission on their order. Introduce new agents to Met Liefde Ontwerp, and you will receive extra 7% commission (not on their orders, but on your orders in the month when they place their first successful order.) Commission will only be earned on design fees and not printing.
Q: Does Met Liefde Ontwerp have Special Offers?
A: Yes, Met Liefde Ontwerp loves special offers and regularly provides them. We will also look at competitions when our team grow to motivate monthly sales.
Q: How much can I earn?
A: You can operate part-time or full-time, and earn an income on the effort you put into this. Depending upon how much time and effort you apply, you can earn from a few hundred Rand per month to maybe a thousand Rand or more per month.
Q: What does it cost to join Met Liefde Ontwerp?
A: You need to purchase your agency. You will receive a digital pack, it contains of an Agent Manual, which explains how everything works and also contains a selection of brochures, flyers, price lists, business cards, etc. You’ll also receive your own Met Liefde Ontwerp email address. To become a qualified Met Liefde Ontwerp agent, you’ll need to pay R200.

A: You can resign at any time, merely by advising us in writing. There are no penalties or fees, no hidden costs.
Q: How will my clients place an order?
A: The preferred way is directly on our online shop. When placing an order, they should mention your name in the comments box. It is your responsibility to inform them.
Q: Will orders be couriered to me?
A: No, orders will be couriered directly to the client, unless you will be selling items to a gift shop.
Q: Will I need to pay for client orders?
A: No, Payment is done when the client place the order on our online shop.
Q: What if I need more flyers and business cards?
A: You can buy more printed marketing material or you are welcome to print them out yourself.
Q: Is there a guarantee that customers will be satisfied?

Q: Am I able to secure an area to work in?
A: No. There are no territories, so you can sell wherever you like.
Q: What if I need help?
A: We are always available to help, just call, message or email us. If you are referred to by another agent, you are also welcome to ask them anything.
Q: Can I advertise on the internet or in publications?
A: Advertising on the internet is allowed, in fact encouraged. Not allowed is the sale of items on trading or auction sites (such as Bid or Buy), and the use of forums. Claims made about the business or items must be correct and accurate. You are not allowed to create a Facebook page/group to advertise. Clients should be referred to Met Liefde Ontwerp’s page or website.
Q: Can I sell to shops?
A: Yes. You can sell through retail outlets if you wish. We have items that can be made to sell at gift shops, etc. You will need to put an order and pay for it, before it will be dispatched.
